I'll tell my story. You can judge for yourself. My vehicle broke down and was towed there on August 7th. Diagnosis was to replace water pump. First a pump could not be found. Next wrong part was sent. Followed by another pump was ordered overnight and it never arrived. Every time that I checked in with the garage there was a problem. On August 18th I could no longer wait and had the vehicle removed and towed back to my home 135 miles away. The owner of Reed's then accused me of pressuring him and threatening him and being ungrateful for all of his efforts. All I ever did was ask for updates and the status of my vehicle while it was in his shop. Once I got it back my local garage the shop owner checked out the vehicle. Ordered the parts and fixed the car. Guess What! The problem was not the water pump!!

Extremely unhelpful. Sat outside his shop for 8 months, never gave us any info, estimates, diagnostics, or anything like that. And when we finally went and got the key to get it towed to an actual garage that could do something, he claimed he told us what the issue was and that we never got back to him. But we told him that when we last managed to get ahold of him, all he said was that he "didn't have the paper in front of him". To which he responded with "...whatever, it is what it is" Totally, completely, and utterly unprofessional. There was zero communication, no estimate to fix it after repeated calls and attempts to get ahold of the garage.

Charged $$$ for an issue he couldn’t fix. Poor communication in general (I had to call him to check if it was fixed or not) and didn’t give updates. Would recommend looking elsewhere

Dudes a crook. Paid in full up front , sat in my car for a year and then started dodging my calls. Had a REAL mechanic look over it and stated absolutely no work was done to it in that year. $1,400 down the drain on top of a years worth of payments and insurance. If he can make a quick buck off you, you’ll probably be fine. Any real mechanical issues, I’d highly recommend going elsewhere

Greatest customer service I've ever experienced! Cares for the customer! Great pricing and tries to save you money wherever possible! Super fast work, with great communication on what needs to be done and how much you can expect to pay. Really goes above and beyond to make the customer feel in control and informed through the whole process and repair! I'll never go anywhere else! ♡♡♡
